The organization is governed by an independent Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight and ensures that the organization fulfills its charitable purposes. The Board meets regularly, exercises independent judgment, and is responsible for approving policies, overseeing financial matters, and supporting the organization’s long-term sustainability.

The Israel Magen Fund of Canada does not make payments for products or services to its board members, nor to companies in which a board member is an owner, partner, or senior manager.
The organization is committed to responsible financial stewardship. The Board oversees the use of charitable resources to ensure funds are applied exclusively to advance the organization’s mission and in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
